Dr. Brown is Principal Investigator for the University of Louisville High Energy Physics group. He works toward an understanding of the
production of heavy subnuclear particles called baryons as a member of the BaBar Collaboration at the SLAC National Accelerator Lab in California
and the ATLAS Collaboration at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva, Switzerland.
